目的 了解嘉兴市儿童计划免疫现状,接种率及影响管理质量有关因素。方法 通过接种门诊金苗系统数据和现场儿童调查进行统计分析。结果 嘉兴市满2周岁儿童五苗基础全程接种率为98.98%。满7周岁儿童加强免疫接种率除A+C流脑2外(本地儿童95.28%,流动儿童74.25%),其余均在97%以上;现场调查儿童建证率99.84%;在册建卡率97.58%;全市有79家接种门诊信息经电话核实为可信,7家不可信;接种门诊管理临时儿童质量较好的有61家(占70.93%),中等有15家(占17.44%),管理差的有10家(占11.63%)。结论 通过优化免疫预防服务,健康宣传新模式,适宜本地流动儿童管理机制等综合措施,有效提高我市儿童接种率和接种门诊管理水平,促进现代化预防接种门诊建设的可持续发展。

Objective To learn the current status,immunization coverage rate and the related factors affecting the quality of management with planed immunization. Method The data were analyzed through China Immunization Information System and field surveys of children. Results In Jiaxing,the routine immunization coverage rate of 5 kinds of vaccines over 2 years old were 98.98%.The strengthen immunization coverage rates over 7 years old were all above 97%.In addition to there were 95.28% and 74.25% in local and migrant children respectively of A+C meningitis second needle.The building permit rates of site investigation were 99.84%,and the rates of the book cards were 97.58% with children.The city had 79 vaccination clinics for credible information and 7 units of untrusted by telephone verification.The management of children with temporary vaccination in vaccination clinics,61 units was fine(accounting for 70.93%),15 units(accounting for 17.44%) was medium and 10 units was poor(accounting for 11.63%). Conclusion By optimized the immunization services,created a new model of health promotion and explored appropriate measures for local migrant children integrated management mechanism,the city's vaccination rates with children and management level of vaccination clinics were improved,the construction of modern vaccination clinics for sustainable development was promoted.
