摘要

童年早期的心理创伤对儿童社会心理发展的不良影响深远。本文论述早期心理创伤对儿童脑发育、认知发展,以及对情绪和社会性发展的损害。心理创伤可直接导致创伤后应激障碍、反应性依恋障碍等精神障碍,并与注意缺陷多动障碍有关。在儿童心理创伤的干预和治疗中,基层的保健医生、儿保医生起关键性作用,建立儿童心理创伤的三级干预体系必要且可行。
