随着社会及医学的发展,生活质量(quality of life,QOL)越来越受到关注。QOL评定成为评定健康水平的重要手段,已被广泛应用于各种儿童身心疾病的研究,使临床工作不仅重视儿童的身体健康,而且注重儿童的心理发展。抽动障碍(tic disorder,TD)作为儿童青少年时期常见的神经精神疾病,对患儿的生活、学习、及家庭常有较多不利影响。本文旨在总结国内外文献中有关TD患者QOL的研究,以进一步了解TD对患者QOL的影响。
