摘要

目的分析三甲综合医院儿科门诊哮喘患儿的临床特征。方法对2013年10月-2014年2月在本院儿科门诊就诊的哮喘患儿进行横断面研究，收集相关资料进行分析，Epi Data软件录入数据，SPSS软件进行分析。结果共有115例哮喘患儿纳入研究，4～11岁患儿占到78.3%，83.5%患儿家长为高中以上学历，18.3%患儿因哮喘症状加重或急性发作来门诊就诊。89.6%患儿存在可能导致哮喘发作或加重的因素，72.2%曾诊断患有过敏性鼻炎，56.5%的哮喘患儿达到完全控制。结论三甲综合医院儿科门诊哮喘患儿存在自身临床特征，根据这些特征有助于制定相应的区域性哮喘患儿管理方案。
