Abstract

摘要： 高危儿有脑损伤的潜在危险,可导致脑性瘫痪、智力低下、视听障碍、癫痫及行为异常等疾病。高危儿父母亲伴发的焦虑、抑郁等心理疾患呈上升趋势,反过来高危儿父母亲焦虑抑郁症状又对小儿发育带来了多方面的负面影响。本文就高危儿父母亲焦虑抑郁症状的流行病学、对儿童发育与生活质量的影响及高危儿父母亲焦虑抑郁症状影响因素等方面进行综述。
