Abstract

摘要： 孤独症谱系障碍(autistic spectrum disorders,ASDs)是一种严重、复杂的神经发育性疾病,表现为一组异质性综合征。目前尚无针对其核心症状的有效治疗药物,但近年来,孤独症谱系障碍药物治疗方面的研究也取得了不少进展,经合理运用可以改善孤独症儿童的一些核心症状(如社交沟通功能、重复刻板行为、自伤行为等)以及相关医学问题(如睡眠障碍、胃肠道功能紊乱等),提高孤独症谱系障碍患儿及其家庭的生活质量。
