Abstract

摘要： 拒绝上学(school refusal,SR)是儿童、青少年因情绪障碍,特别是焦虑和抑郁导致上学发生困难,并出现回避上学行为的一种心理疾病。随着社会的发展和进步,其发病率越来越高。SR不仅干扰了儿童、青少年的学习与成长,而且可能扰乱患儿家庭及其社会功能。所以早期预防和干预非常重要。该文综述了SR发生、发展的相关影响因素,为SR的早期预防、干预提供一些参考依据。
