Abstract

摘要： 胆道闭锁是婴儿期最严重的肝脏疾病之一,可发生肝硬化、肝衰竭以致死亡。目前成功的Kasai 手术是胆道闭锁患儿的最佳治疗方案,但手术日龄可影响患儿的预后。利用大便比色卡进行胆道闭锁筛查简单有效、经济、方便,可早期发现胆道闭锁、降低手术日龄、提高自体肝生存率,值得推广。
