Abstract

摘要： 婴儿颅形异常表现为头部形状不对称,伴或不伴面貌不对称。其发生原因主要与持续睡姿不变,在重力作用下使颅骨发生变形。颅形异常分为斜头、短头和舟状头异常三类。在临床上根据不同类型颅形异常的严重程度,给予患儿预防性辅导、姿势矫正训练和头盔矫正治疗。
