Abstract

摘要： 小儿中枢性协调障碍发病率有逐年上升趋势,如未得到及时有效治疗,可发展为脑瘫、精神发育迟缓等心身残疾。婴儿神经发育学脑的可塑性理论,为其进行早期干预治疗奠定了神经解剖学、神经修复学基础,有效的早期干预是中枢性协调障碍正常化的关键,也是预防脑性瘫痪的关键。以下结合近年研究对早期干预在中枢性协调障碍治疗的方法、评估、管理等方面进行评述。
