Abstract

摘要： 2013年美国医学会提出肥胖不仅是其他疾病的危险因素,同时也是一种真实的疾病状态。儿童肥胖病是在基因、环境、行为(静息生活方式)、社会(饮食结构)、经济、文化等多种因素相互作用下导致机体能量储存过多引起的疾病。近年来,儿童肥胖病不仅是全球的公共卫生问题,在我国其发病率也日趋严峻。儿童肥胖病可导致心血管疾病、代谢和内分泌并发症的发生,造成儿童心理不良影响以及其成年期肥胖。儿童肥胖病的预防和控制应以家庭干预为基础、在不影响儿童生长发育的情况下持续稳定的减重,而不是以单纯减重为目标。通过对儿童肥胖病的诊断、病因及预防治疗研究进展的阐述,可为儿童保健医生及内分泌医生提供最新肥胖科学建议。
