Abstract

摘要： 抽动障碍(tic disorder,TD)是儿童常见的神经心理疾病,常常合并其他精神心理疾病如注意力缺陷多动症(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)等。TD和ADHD的病理生理机制可能都涉及到多巴胺(dopamine,DA)这一重要的神经递质,但目前关于两种疾病的DA功能的假设在TD合并ADHD时出现相互矛盾。本文从TD合并ADHD的流行病学、DA相关机制及治疗方面进行综述,以期为解释这一矛盾现象提供线索,为临床药物治疗提供参考。
