Abstract

摘要： 脑红蛋白(neuroglobin,Ngb)是近期发现的一种携氧球蛋白,是继血红蛋白和肌红蛋白之后的第三种携氧球蛋白,主要在脊椎动物脑、脊髓等神经组织和视网膜以及与神经冲动有关的组织上特异性表达,和神经系统微循环密切相关。目前很多学者就Ngb进行了深入的研究,发现其主要参与氧在中枢神经系统中的转运与贮存,在神经系统氧摄取、运输和利用等过程中起着极其重要的作用,作为一种内源性神经保护因子,在脑保护、改善神经功能和预后方面起着重要的作用。本文主要就脑红蛋白在脑损伤中的保护作用做一综述。
