Abstract

摘要： 维生素A (vitamin A,VA)是维持机体正常生理功能不可或缺的营养物质,在人体的视觉、免疫、生长发育及细胞分化等方面发挥广泛而重要的生物学作用。近年来脂溶性维生素尤其是维生素D缺乏作为多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)独立的病因及危险因素之一在国内得到较多关注,但国内对于维生素A在多发性硬化中的作用关注较少,本文拟针对这一作用进行简要综述,为临床上治疗多发性硬化提供新的方向。
