Abstract: Objective To understand the development of high school students smoking status in Shiyan city and the cognitive status of the dangers of smoking,and discuss the influence factors of smoking behavior,and then provide the scientific basis for controlling smoking and health education. Method By using stratified random sampling method,adopting questionnaire which was designed by ourselves was applied to 1 632 students in 14 middle school for smoking condition investigation in Shiyan city. Results The survey objects of try smoking was 30.13%,boy 45.24%,girl 14.03%;The difference of smoking severity between junior high school students and high school students was not statistically significant;the main cause was to start smoking the curious,environmental impact;high school students knew fully the danger of smoking;Most students who smoking thought that the smoker can quit smoking. Conclusion Shiyan city high school students smoking phenomenon is common,crowd around smoking behavior have great influence for middle school students,the comprehensive measures such as early intervention,developing health education and so on should be taken to make high school students cultivate their good habit,resist to tobacco firmly and then reduce the smoking rate.

摘要： 目的 了解十堰市城区不同类型学校中学生吸烟状况以及对吸烟危害的认知现状,探讨吸烟行为的影响因素,为控烟及健康教育提供科学依据。方法 采取分层随机抽样法,用自行设计的调查问卷对十堰城区14所中学共1 632名学生进行吸烟状况调查。结果 调查对象的尝试吸烟率为30.13%,男生45.24%,女生14.03%;初中生的吸烟严重程度和高中生比较差异无统计学意义;开始吸烟的主要原因为好奇、环境影响;中学生对吸烟危害性的认识充分;大多数吸烟学生认为能够戒烟。结论 十堰市城区中学生吸烟现象普遍,周围人群的吸烟行为对中学生产生吸烟行为影响较大,应采取早期干预、开展健康教育等综合性措施,使中学生自觉抵御烟草,降低吸烟率。
