Abstract

摘要： 营养管理是提高早产儿存活率和改善其预后的关键环节之一,尤其与良好的智能发育密切相关。以往调查显示几乎所有早产儿在生后早期的生长发育均落后于宫内胎儿的生长曲线,说明早产儿营养支持措施仍有改进余地;本文讨论了与早产儿神经发育相关的各种营养素,氧、葡萄糖、脂肪和氨基酸及各种矿物质等,阐明早产儿强化营养支持已成为共识,众多国际卫生组织机构均倡导在NICU进行母乳喂养,强化母乳喂养能优化蛋白质摄入,促进体格尤其是头围增长和骨骼矿化,促进早产儿的神经运动发育和减少成年后代谢综合征的发病风险。推进住院早产儿母乳喂养势在必行。
