Abstract: 【Objective】 To analyse the relationship between the kawasaki disease (KD) children's hematology parameters at different times and the coronary artery disease by comparing KD group with control group, so that provide clinical prognosis objective basis. 【Method】 Compared the white blood cell (WBC), hemoglobin (Hb) , platelet (PLT), haematocrit (HCT), C-reactive protein (CRP ) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) of clinical definite 48 KD children, which were separated into 2 groups: 18 coronary artery injury and 30 contol on the day or the next, 1 week and two weeks after Admission. 【Results】 Compared the WBC & PTL of oronary artery injury group and control group on the admission day or the next, the difference was significant (P<0.05), but no difference was found between 1 week and 2 weeks after admission (P>0.05). There was no difference between two groups' Hb on the day or the next, 1 week and two weeks after Admission (P>0.05). No difference was found between two groups' HCT on the admission day or the next (P>0.05), however HCT had significant difference between two groups in 1 week and 2 weeks after admission (P<0.001 or 0.05). 【Conclusion】 WBC & PLT can be used as prediction index of KD in children, and the changes of HCT is an import ant index in assessing the risk level of KD children.

摘要： 【目的】 了解川崎病(kawasaki disease, KD)患儿不同时间血液常规指标变化与冠状动脉病变的关系,为临床提供判断预后的客观依据。 【方法】 选取临床确诊KD患儿48例,冠状动脉损害组18例,冠状动脉正常组30例,2组按入院当日或次日,入院1周、2周分别检测白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)、血细胞压积(HCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)进行对比。 【结果】 冠状动脉损害组、无冠状动脉损害组在入院当日或次日分别检测WBC、PLT、CRP、ESR对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),入院1周、2周时对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。入院当日或次日,入院1周、2周分别检测Hb,两组对比差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。HCT在入院当日或次日两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),在入院1周、2周时两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001或＜0.05)。 【结论】 WBC、PLT、CRP、ESR可作为预测KD患儿冠状动脉损害的指标之一,HCT的变化是评价KD患儿危险程度的一项重要指标。
