Abstract: 【Objective】 To evaluate comprehensively the performance of health care for children from 1997 to 2009 in China. 【Method】 Seven indexes were collected that represent the performance of health care for children, and evaluated them comprehensively with TOPSIS method. 【Result】 The performance of health care for children had become better and better from 1997 to 2009. 【Conclusions】 It is objective, reliable and practical to evaluate performance of health care for children by using TOPSIS. The health care for children should be performed continually in order to improve health statement of children further.

摘要： 【目的】 综合评价我国儿童保健工作质量,为儿童保健工作决策提供参考。 【方法】 收集1997—2009年儿童保健工作质量相关指标(低出生体重儿比例、围产儿死亡率、新生儿破伤风发病率、5岁以下儿童中重度营养不良比重、新生儿访视率、3岁以下儿童系统管理率、7岁以下儿童保健管理率),运用TOPSIS法对各年儿童保健工作质量进行综合评价。 【结果】 我国儿童保健工作质量13年间逐年改善,2009年工作质量排名第一,而1997年在13年中排名最后。 【结论】 TOPSIS法应用于儿童保健工作质量的综合评价,运算过程简便、结果准确,具有较好的科学性、客观性和公正性,具有广阔的应用前景。
