中学学生手卫生现况分析

Abstract

摘要： 目的了解青少年手卫生现状，确认其手卫生需求，为实施青少年手卫生健康教育和卫生干预提供理论依据。方法采取便利抽样法，抽取延吉市某中学367名学生进行问卷调查，并针对被调查人群中316名学生进行结构式观察。结果 43.1%的人接受过关于洗手的教育，对手卫生相关知识的知晓率较高;回答不愿意洗手的人占23.7%，13.1%的人没有洗手习惯;不洗手的主要原因:没有洗手设施(23.1%)，没有温水(21.8%)，没有毛巾、香皂(18.3%);自答掌握洗手方法的占38.1%，而实际掌握洗手方法的仅占10.1%，清洗局部者较多，研究对象知识掌握与行为存在差异。结论加强青少年手卫生健康教育，同时完善学校的洗手设施，为手卫生创造良好的环境条件。
