孤独症大脑网络连接研究进展

摘要

孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder ,ASD)是由多种不同原因(异质性)引起的以社会交往障碍为核心表现的综合征。既往研究表明孤独症患者存在广泛的神经发育异常,但是这些神经结构和功能的异常与孤独症行为及认知的关系仍不明晰。近年来,国外已开展了许多关于孤独症脑电生理的研究,脑电图为探讨孤独症病因和发病机制提供了一种简便而有效的方法。脑电图研究显示孤独症患者存在谱功率和功能连接的异常,本文就孤独症脑电图相关研究成果作一综述。
