母乳来源Exosome:母婴信息传递新途径

摘要

母乳不仅提供母乳喂养婴儿适量的营养,还在预防婴儿体内感染和促进组织器官发育中发挥着重要的生理功能。胞外体是一类直径大小在40~100 nm的膜囊体,是由多囊胞内体与细胞膜融合而成。胞外体不仅在细胞间传递膜组成成分还传递核酸分子,提示它们在细胞间信息传递的重要作用。近期研究发现母乳胞外体在新生儿免疫系统建立中发挥着重要的作用。因此,来自母乳的胞外体RNA通过微泡的转运方式进入新生儿体内,在疾病预防中发挥重要作用。
