维生素D缺乏相关疾病的研究进展

摘要

维生素D缺乏的情况在世界各地普遍存在,近年来对于其引起相关疾病的研究取得了重要进展。维生素D具有重要的生理功能,其缺乏不仅在儿童期能导致许多骨性及非骨性疾病,而且成人期所患的心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、自身免疫病及癌症也与之密切相关。故为了足够引起对其缺乏的重视,预防相关疾病的发生,保证儿童及成人的身心健康,提高生活质量。本文就维生素D缺乏引起的相关疾病研究进展作一综述。
