青少年睡眠与学业成绩相关性的研究进展

Abstract

摘要： 儿童青少年的睡眠问题一直是公共卫生领域重点关注的问题,睡眠状况与学业成绩具有显著相关性。本文从睡眠现状和影响因素、睡眠状况与学业成绩的相关性,睡眠影响学业的可能机制做一综述。
