Abstract

摘要： 发育性髋关节异常是儿童骨关节畸形的主要疾病。随着对该病研究的深入和筛查工作的普及开展,其诊治工作已由单一骨科治疗领域逐渐转向与新生儿科、儿童保健和影像等多学科领域的合作项目,建立行之有效的适合我国国情的筛查体系是此病早期诊断和治疗的保证。本文就发育性髋关节异常的发病风险、筛查时间、方法和干预模式等问题进行综述。
