Abstract: Objective To summarize recall of suspected patients from the neonatal screening for congenital hypothyroidism(CH) and phenylketonuria(PKU) in Xicheng district of Beijing,and to further improve the management quality of neonatal screening. Method The data of recall for neonatal screening in Xicheng District of Beijing during 2007 to 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. Results 43 264 newborns were tested and analyzed from 2007 to 2011.The average screening rate was 98.75%.The screening test of 406 cases were positive and 98.28% were recalled to take diagnostic test. Conclusion Adjust management methods and strengthen link management can improve the rate of screening and the recall and reduce the disability.

摘要： 目的 分析北京市西城区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症和苯丙酮尿症筛查及可疑病例复诊情况,总结管理方式对新生儿疾病筛查工作的影响。方法 对2007-2011年北京市西城区新生儿疾病筛查资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2007-2011年西城区共筛查新生儿43 264名,平均筛查率98.75%,可疑病例406例,复诊率98.28%。 结论 及时调整管理方法,注重环节管理,可提高新生儿疾病筛查率、复诊率,减少疾病导致的残疾。
