Structural family therapy research on family environment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Abstract
Objective To explore structural family therapy on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in the influence of family environment and its clinical significance. Methods It was improved ADHD children suffering from within the family environment by applicating structure-based family therapy theory and skills,through the restructuring of family roles,tasks,and boundaries. 【Result】 After structural family therapy,family cohesion,emotional expression and the successful scores of study group were significantly higher,and contradictions and control scores were significantly reduced,compared with the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Structural family therapy for the improvement of ADHD children family environment has a positive,effective role,in order to improve children's ADHD clinical comprehensive treatment and intervention effect.
