Abstract

摘要： 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种常见的慢性童年期神经发育疾病,与学业成绩差、情绪和行为问题密切相关。我国新版指南和国外所有的指南都支持药物、教育和行为治疗相结合的治疗,综合国内外文献和先进经验我们归纳为全生态融合的干预模式。在中国的医疗系统中推进ADHD的优质诊疗存在5类主要障碍,包括合格临床医生的短缺、全科医生缺乏培训、卫生系统中的转诊流程不健全、治疗的可用性问题、儿童和家庭的病耻感等。解决这些障碍,建立创新性的慢性疾病医疗管理与服务系统,为ADHD患者及其家庭提供全面的健康医疗服务,具有重要的价值与深远意义。
