Abstract

摘要： 对正常儿童的研究表明,运动干预是促进儿童认知发展和脑健康的一种有效方法,近年来大量研究考察注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童运动干预效果,发现运动对ADHD儿童认知、人际交往和动作能力的积极影响。关于运动干预的脑神经机制,一些研究者从不同角度作了探讨,并提出了多种假设。未来研究需要控制强度、频率和持续时间等变量对ADHD儿童运动干预的影响,同时注意干预效果的评估和干预方法的整合。
