Abstract

摘要： 过敏性疾病是当今世界性的重大卫生学问题。过敏性疾病的发生机制是遗传因素与环境因素相互作用的结果,尤其是在生命早期,特殊脆弱的免疫系统面对环境变化体现在炎症性疾病发病率的急剧增加。环境因素变化和包括饮食在内的生活方式改变起着重要作用。母乳中富含功能性和保护性的营养成分,对胃肠道和呼吸道感染提供保护作用。母乳喂养作为有效初级预防过敏性疾病的措施。无母乳喂养婴儿,水解蛋白配方粉是作为预防或治疗过敏性疾病的选项。ω-3PUFAs具有抗炎症特点,孕妇补充可减少过敏性疾病风险。日光照射可调节免疫功能。
