Abstract

摘要： 全球范围内过敏性疾病及自身免疫性疾病持续增加,成为影响人类健康的主要疾病之一,成为儿科界及社会广泛关注的焦点,食源性变应原为过敏性疾病的重要诱因,并且食物过敏是人类过敏自然进程的第一步,尽早识别、尽早干预食物过敏就能有效阻止发展为特异性皮炎、哮喘等过敏性疾病,否则此类过敏性疾病病情反复迁延甚至伴随终生。从母亲孕期食物的选取、婴幼儿出生后喂养方式的选择、辅助食品添加、与过敏性疾病相关营养素的补充、营养生长发育监测评估等喂养、营养的相关措施方法着手,就能有效防治儿童过敏性疾病的发生,同时保证儿童营养均衡、健康快乐地成长。
