建始县12~15岁农村留守儿童伤害现况调查

Abstract

摘要： 目的了解建始县12~15岁农村留守儿童伤害发生现况，为制定有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法整群抽取湖北省建始县3所农村中学七、八年级所有在校学生为研究对象，其中留守儿童875名，采用自制的《农村学龄儿童伤害调查表》收集儿童在2012年11月1日-2013年10月31日期间伤害的发生情况。结果建始县农村留守儿童伤害发生率为18.97%，伤害类型前三位为意外跌落(42.94%)、烧烫伤(13.56%)、运动与训练伤(11.86%)，伤害地点以家中(33.90%)为主;休闲玩耍时最易发生伤害，伤害部位以四肢(74.58%)为主，伤害后主要是经门诊处理(50.28%)并大多(65.54%)痊愈。结论农村留守儿童伤害发生率较高，应针对伤害发生的特征从家庭、学校、社会三个层面制定综合性的干预措施。
