Abstract: Objective To analyse and compare children's health service utilization among different types of families in rural areas and provide related reference evidences improving children's health service system. Method Sampling survey for 2 220 households from 14 counties of 5 provinces received structural questionnaires to children's parents. Results The proportions of children's health examination and consultation among all kinds of families were less than 30%.It was relatively well in three generations family compared with two generation family and skipped generation family.27.8% and 25.9% of three generations families conducted health examination and consultation for their children over the past year. Conclusion Health education is improved to children's parents in rural areas and health services is provided to children from different types of families.

摘要： 目的 分析和比较农村地区不同类型家庭的儿童保健服务利用情况, 为健全我国农村儿童保健服务系统提供参考依据。方法 抽样调查5省14县儿童家庭2 220户, 由儿童家长回答结构式问卷。结果 各类家庭一年内为其儿童进行健康检查和健康咨询的比例均不足30%。其中三代户家庭相关情况好于二代户家庭和隔代户家庭, 27.8%的三代户家庭过去一年内为其儿童进行过健康检查, 25.9%的三代户家庭过去一年内为其儿童进行过健康咨询。结论 加强对农村地区儿童家长的健康教育, 针对不同类型家庭提供儿童保健服务。
