Abstract

摘要： 儿童发育性协调障碍(Developmental coordination disorder,DCD)是一种患病率较高的发育障碍性疾病,它严重威胁着儿童的身心健康。早期对发育性协调障碍儿童进行干预,可以提高儿童的运动表现。迄今为止,DCD的干预方法主要分为两类,即以缺陷为导向的方法和以任务为导向的方法。这些方法片面强调了儿童本身运动技能的恢复,对促使DCD发生发展的环境因素未进行干预。而最近提出的,以运动学“动力系统”理论基础的DCD生态干预法不仅强调了个体现阶段本身运动机能的恢复,更强调对个体环境中不断对DCD产生影响的因素进行矫正。本文就DCD目前的干预方法及研究进展进行了综述,为DCD干预在我国的研究和推广提供线索。
