父母影响下儿童饮食行为的形成

摘要

儿童肥胖成为一个世界性关注的健康问题, 而不良饮食行为与儿童肥胖密切相关。不良饮食行为成为一个备受关注、好研究的专题, 其中包括儿童饮食行为形成因素;据当前研究显示儿童饮食行为的形成受基因和环境的影响, 其中父母影响下的家庭环境对儿童早期饮食行为的形成影响甚大。这种家庭环境可包括父母的喂养行为(母乳、非母乳等)、父母自身饮食行为的“榜样作用”和父母提供的娱乐环境(如电子产品使用)等, 本篇文章主要总结阐述父母影响是如何对儿童饮食行为的形成进行修饰的。
