抽动障碍动物模型研究进展

摘要

近年来抽动障碍(tic disorder,TD)患病率逐渐升高。TD的病因及治疗学研究离不开动物模型。常用的TD动物模型包括多巴胺、5-羟色胺、兴奋性氨基酸、一氧化氮失调模型以及自身免疫模型、分离综合征模型、转基因模型等。这些动物模型通常只能部分地模拟TD患者的临床行为学和神经生化改变。目前国内TD模型以亚氨基二丙腈(IDPN)、2,5-二甲氧-4-碘苯-2-氨基丙烷(DOI)等化学因素诱发的动物模型为主,主要研究TD防治药物的作用机制;国外TD模型以自身免疫模型、基因工程模型为主,主要探究TD的发病机制。
