高危儿神经发育异常早期识别的研究进展

高危儿神经发育异常早期识别的研究进展

摘要

高危儿是指已发生或可能发生危重疾病而需要监护的新生儿,其发生脑损伤的危险性较大,从而使患脑瘫的机率增高。人脑在3岁前发育最快,这一时期可塑性大,代偿能力高,损伤后修复能力强。在随访中通过早期的相关检查,及早发现神经发育异常的患儿,进行早期干预,能够改善预后,保证患儿的生活质量。
