血清脑钠肽检测在新生儿疾病中的应用

摘要

脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP) 主要由心室肌细胞合成和分泌,心室负荷和室壁张力的改变是刺激BNP分泌的主要条件,BNP水平在生后前几天明显增高,3~4 d时达到高峰,一周后水平开始下降,生后3月时接近成人水平。患有先天性心脏病的新生儿中,BNP水平明显增高。有明显症状的动脉导管未闭早产儿中,BNP明显增高;PPHN的患儿中,BNP水平显著增高;脑钠肽在严重败血症和败血症休克的患儿中,BNP水平明显增高。需要更多的临床的随机的大样本研究来证实BNP在新生儿疾病的作用。
