孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder, ASD)是当今最引人注目的儿童健康问题。智商在70以上的高功能孤独症及Asperger综合症约占总体患者一半以上,ASD大都表现多动、冲动以及注意力难以集中,其中Asperger综合症因不存在明显的语言落后和智力低下,早期症状几乎同于注意缺陷多动障碍,二者症状混淆颇常见,应引起临床医师高度重视。
