中国母乳库的管理、意义及作用初探

摘要

国外母乳库发展已超100年历史, 并相应成立了北美母乳库协会以及欧洲母乳库协会, 建立了完整的、切实可行性的母乳库管理指南;另一方面, 捐赠母乳已广泛应用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的救治;同时, 关于母乳成分的新认识也在不断探索之中。中国内地第一家母乳库于去年在广州成立, 至今共收集到近180 000 mL的捐赠乳, 受益患儿达36例, 包括早产儿、肠道术后伴营养不良患儿以及肿瘤化疗等患儿。其中发现对于大部分肠道术后以及重症感染患儿, 应用捐赠母乳后显示出意想不到的临床治疗效果, 其机制有待进一步研究。另外, 中国母乳库的发展尚需要正规的管理指南。
